why?
after a long day, you reach for your phone to escape: a show to feel something, or a game to feel in control. nothing gives you both.
in kahanilab, you are inside the story. you reply in your own words or play the moment in a mini-game, and what you do changes how the story ends.
where are we?
launched on 20 october 2026. 2,300+ players and 750+ hours of active play in two weeks.
we tested one story in six formats. chat, visuals and mini-games together kept people almost twice as long as choices alone.
who are we?
anuj and chaitnya. iit madras and iit delhi, both ex-flipkart pms. we also made an 8-min ai film, nominated in los angeles and dubai.
