ganesh, head intern
in 2019, stuck in a 3 am queue at ramu's shop, anuj said "kaise ho, ganesh?" to a group of guys blocking the line. nobody there was called ganesh. six years later, ganesh is his head intern, the host of his vlogs, and the reason college friends still ask "arre ganesh, why no new video?" it's the stupidest thing on this page and my favourite. read how it started or watch gapshap with ganesh.
the flipkart apm playbook
anuj got into flipkart's apm program, then coached others for it. his notes boil the interview down to two questions: are you credible, and can we work with you? problem solving cases are like math, so you practice. product thinking cases are like art, so you think. his case frameworks are free to read. the best part is dec 1, the day he was told he was out, got called back for one last interview, and got the job.
how he thinks
in 2021 anuj made a deck on why people freeze in front of netflix. in 2026 he built cinematch, tinder for movies, to fix the same problem. that same year as the deck, he cold-mailed the ken with a full teardown and prototypes to ask for a pm internship. now he tests one story in six formats at kahanilab. same habit every time: spot where people get stuck, then build something.

anuj and chaitnya run chali kahani, a community of 200+ people doing daily experiences together. 37 days of writing, where a missed day cost anuj ₹500. one photo a day. one beautiful thing a day, with the rule "respect the drain cover". if it stops being fun, you "step out like a cameo that completed its job". best community rules i have read.
